Project Manager – EMEA

About the role

As a Project Manager you will own a portfolio of school implementations across the EMEA region, guiding clients from scope sign‑off through to project handover. You will act as the trusted single point of contact, translating educational needs into technical requirements and ensuring smooth roll‑outs.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end delivery of client projects, from kickoff to formal closure, ensuring documented scopes are met.
• Serve as primary advisor to school leaders, understanding goals and steering strategic decisions.
• Build and maintain detailed Work Breakdown Structures and timelines, tracking progress against milestones.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams for configuration, data migration and training to achieve cohesive execution.
• Manage resource dependencies and timeline risks, providing clear handover documentation to client success teams.

Required profile

• 2+ years of project management experience with external clients, preferably in SaaS, EdTech or professional services.
• Proven ability to manage full project lifecycles, including scoping, planning, risk management and closure.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, comfortable presenting to school leaders.
• Understanding of regional educational systems and ability to quickly master software suites.

Required skills

• Experience with project management or PSA tools such as ClickUp.
• Familiarity with Planhat or similar implementation platforms.
