Project Manager – End-to-End Delivery (m/f/d)

About the role

The Project Manager is accountable for delivering projects from initiation to closure, ensuring they meet scope, schedule and budget targets. This role coordinates cross‑functional teams and external vendors while maintaining rigorous governance and stakeholder communication.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans covering scope definition, timelines, milestones, resource allocation and budget estimates.
• Track progress against plans, adjust schedules as needed and ensure delivery within agreed constraints.
• Maintain RAID logs, proactively identify and mitigate risks, and resolve issues promptly.
• Manage change requests, securing appropriate approvals and documentation.
• Serve as the primary contact for stakeholders, providing regular status reports and steering‑committee presentations.
• Coordinate internal teams (IT, business, operations) and external vendors, monitoring performance and escalating concerns.
• Ensure compliance with organizational project governance frameworks, PMO standards and regulatory requirements, especially in banking environments.
• Produce dashboard reporting for senior management and use KPIs to assess project health.
• Lead project closure activities, including final deliverable acceptance, financial reconciliation and post‑implementation reviews.

Required profile

• 8–10 years of experience managing large‑scale, cross‑functional projects, preferably in banking or other regulated sectors.
• Proven ability to lead technology or transformation initiatives from start to finish.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with a track record of effective communication and conflict resolution.
• Experience working with both internal and external vendors, ensuring contractual and quality compliance.
