Project Manager – EPC Projects (Abu Dhabi)

About the role

This full‑time, on‑site position is based in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. The Project Manager will lead the planning, execution and delivery of engineering, procurement and construction (EPC) projects, ensuring that scope, schedule, budget and quality targets are achieved while complying with ADNOC and local regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams, monitor progress and manage risks and issues.
• Prepare and review project documentation, track milestones and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Maintain clear communication with clients, contractors and internal stakeholders.
• Drive continuous improvement, support resource planning and facilitate timely decision‑making.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management or a related field; PMP or equivalent certification is a plus.
• Proven experience managing EPC or large construction projects, preferably in the energy or infrastructure sector.
• Strong organizational, analytical and problem‑solving abilities with attention to detail and risk‑management awareness.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, able to work in diverse, multicultural teams.
