Project Manager – Epic Delivery Owner (KSA)

About the role

The Epic Delivery Owner (EDO) is responsible for end‑to‑end delivery of strategic initiatives (Epics) within the MEA Transformation Office. Reporting to the Head of Project & Delivery Management, the role works from Dubai and partners with product managers, agile release trains and senior leadership to ensure each Epic meets scope, budget, schedule and quality expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Own the full lifecycle of Epics from ideation, definition and refinement through implementation, release and benefits realization.
• Collaborate with product managers and subject‑matter experts to define scope, outcomes, dependencies and success criteria.
• Develop and maintain delivery plans, track milestones, manage budgets and allocate resources.
• Identify risks and constraints early, create mitigation strategies and escalate when necessary.
• Lead cross‑functional coordination across Agile teams, ARTs and business functions, ensuring alignment of technology, operations and external partners.
• Monitor progress using Jira dashboards, status reports and regular delivery forums.
• Serve as the primary communication point for Epic updates, steering committee reviews and executive briefings.

Required profile

• Proven experience delivering large‑scale projects or Epics in an Agile environment.
• Strong stakeholder management and governance capabilities.
• Ability to lead and synchronize multiple cross‑functional teams.
• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills.
