Project Manager – Epic Delivery Owner (MEA)

About the role

The Epic Delivery Owner (EDO) is responsible for driving the end‑to‑end delivery of strategic initiatives (Epics) across the Middle East and Africa region. Reporting to the Head of Project & Delivery Management, the role works closely with product managers, senior leadership and Agile Release Trains to ensure each Epic meets scope, budget, timeline and quality expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Own the full lifecycle of Epics from ideation through benefits realization.
• Define scope, outcomes, dependencies and success metrics in partnership with product owners and SMEs.
• Develop and maintain delivery plans, track milestones, and manage risks and constraints.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams, Agile squads and external partners to ensure seamless execution.
• Provide transparent communication to executives, business sponsors and delivery teams via status reports and steering committees.
• Monitor performance against scope, schedule, quality and budget, and remove impediments as needed.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing large‑scale projects or programs in a fast‑moving environment.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence senior leaders.
• Excellent analytical and business‑judgement capabilities.
• Familiarity with Agile frameworks, particularly SAFe and ART coordination.
