About the role
This full‑time, on‑site position in Dubai oversees the planning and execution of exhibition stands from concept to completion, with unrestricted travel to Europe and the Far East.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate with clients to define requirements and maintain relationships.
- Manage project timelines, budgets and ensure quality standards.
- Lead project teams, troubleshoot issues and ensure timely delivery.
Required profile
- Proven experience in exhibition stand project management.
- Strong leadership, client communication and ability to handle multiple projects.
- Knowledge of the UAE‑GCC events industry and a bachelor’s degree in a related field.
Required skills
- Proficiency with project management software and tools.
