Project Manager - Façade Projects (Dubai)

About the role

Building Blocks Facades builds landmark façades using glass fiber reinforced concrete (GFRC), ultra-high performance concrete (UHPC) and custom façade systems. The Project Manager leads façade projects from kickoff through installation, keeping them on time, within scope and budget and to the company's quality standards. The role follows the Assistant Project Manager and involves greater ownership of schedules, budgets, client coordination, risk management and cross-functional alignment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead façade projects from kick-off to final installation, keeping plans, schedules, logistics and submittals on track and mitigating risks early.
• Act as the main day-to-day contact for general contractors, construction managers, architects and developers, resolving conflicts and delivering a high-quality client experience.
• Define scope, manage budgets and forecast costs, track progress against schedules and support change orders and commercial documentation.
• Maintain project documentation such as meeting minutes, RFI and submittal logs, schedules and risk registers, and escalate risks before they become issues.
• Coordinate fabrication, logistics and field teams, attend site meetings and track installation progress.
• Mentor Assistant Project Managers, set clear expectations and propose process improvements.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture or a related field.
• 5-10 years of construction project management experience, preferably in façade systems, GFRC, UHPC or specialty building envelope work.
• PMP certification preferred but not required.
• Ability to travel to job sites or manufacturing facilities as required (typically more than 25%).

Required skills

• Understanding of façade systems (GFRC, UHPC, curtain wall or related).
• Project management software: MS Project, Primavera, Procore.
• Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to read technical drawings, schedules and commercial documents.
