- Support the setup, configuration, implementation and reliable operation of monitoring systems.
- Help customers and regional teams with troubleshooting and application-specific issues, and turn customer needs into system configurations and workflows.

- Collaborate with monitoring specialists and technical experts across the global organisation.
Required profile
- Qualification in surveying, engineering surveying, geomatics, geodesy or a comparable technical field.
- At least two years of practical experience in monitoring, ideally with a monitoring service provider, manufacturer or similar environment.
- Hands-on field experience setting up, operating or maintaining monitoring systems, and experience supporting monitoring applications in real projects.
- Very good English; Arabic is an advantage and French is an additional asset.
- Willingness to travel 60 to 70% across the Middle East and Northeast Africa.
Required skills
- Practical knowledge of total stations and their use in monitoring applications.
- Understanding of continuous, reliable monitoring workflows and systems.
- Strong technical problem-solving and independent solution development.
- Confidence in delivering technical training and presenting to groups.

- A highly technical, internationally focused role within Hexagon's monitoring business.
- Familiarisation with the monitoring portfolio, software, systems and working methods.
- Close cooperation with regional and global monitoring specialists.
- An onboarding programme that may include training in Heerbrugg, Switzerland, and shadowing of experienced specialists.
- A flexible mix of customer-site work, international travel and remote support, with opportunities for development.
