Project Manager – High‑Rise Construction

About the role

As a Project Manager at Danube Properties, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and delivering high‑rise construction projects. Your expertise and leadership will be instrumental in ensuring timely completion, maintaining quality standards, and adhering to HSE protocols.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage high‑rise construction projects from inception to completion.
• Develop and implement project plans, timelines, and budgets.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards, especially HSE protocols.
• Coordinate and collaborate with engineering, architecture, and construction teams.
• Monitor and control project costs, identifying and mitigating potential risks.
• Maintain effective communication with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams.
• Oversee the procurement process, ensuring timely delivery of materials and resources.
• Manage and mentor project team members, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
• Conduct regular site inspections and progress reports, ensuring quality and safety standards.
• Represent Danube Properties in client meetings and provide regular project updates.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• 15+ years of experience in high‑rise construction project management in the UAE.
• Strong knowledge of UAE construction regulations and practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to lead and motivate teams.
• Proven track record of successfully completing large‑scale construction projects.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Valid UAE driving license and willingness to travel as required.
