Project Manager – Hospitality F&B Fit-Out & Openings

About the role

DEAL Holdings is looking for a Project Manager to lead hospitality and food‑and‑beverage fit‑out projects, focusing on restaurant openings from design through handover and launch. The role offers the chance to manage live projects while developing under a structured PMO environment.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate day‑to‑day delivery of multiple fit‑out and opening projects across hospitality and F&B sites.
• Manage project activities from design development, procurement, construction, to handover and opening.
• Work closely with designers, consultants, contractors, suppliers and operations teams to keep projects on schedule and within budget.
• Monitor on‑site progress, track contractor performance, resolve design issues and ensure site readiness.
• Develop and maintain project programmes, trackers, risk registers and reporting dashboards.
• Support senior leadership in maintaining delivery standards, timelines and commercial documentation.

Required profile

• Early project management experience in restaurant, hospitality, retail or store opening projects.
• Hands‑on exposure to fit‑out, construction coordination and operational readiness.
• Ability to take ownership of live projects while working under senior guidance.
• Strong organisational skills and proactive communication with multiple stakeholders.
