Project Manager – Hospitality Projects (Dubai)

About the role

We are partnering with a leading international consultancy to recruit an experienced Project Manager for their Dubai office. You will lead high‑profile hospitality developments, overseeing the full project lifecycle from concept to handover.

Key responsibilities

• Lead delivery of hotel and hospitality projects from inception through completion and handover.
• Own and manage project programmes, ensuring milestones and deliverables are met.
• Develop, monitor and control schedules using Primavera P6 or equivalent.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary design teams, contractors, consultants and other stakeholders.
• Manage risks, issues, changes and critical‑path activities.
• Oversee procurement, logistics and delivery strategies for complex, often remote or island‑based sites.
• Administer projects under FIDIC contracts and ensure compliance with quality, cost and programme targets.
• Provide clear reporting to senior management and clients, proactively identifying and solving potential problems.

Required profile

• Minimum 8 years (ideally 10–15 years) of project management experience in hospitality construction.
• Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, Project Management or a related field.
• Proven track record delivering hotels from start to finish.
• Strong commercial and technical acumen with the ability to work independently.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Primavera P6 (or similar planning software).
• Experience administering FIDIC contracts.
• Hands‑on expertise in procurement and logistics for complex projects.
