Project Manager – HV Substation & Cabling Projects

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead High Voltage (HV) Substation and Cabling projects in Dubai. The role involves overseeing the full project lifecycle, ensuring compliance with client and regulatory requirements, and delivering on time and within budget.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end execution of HV Substation or Cabling projects, from engineering and procurement through construction, testing, commissioning and handover.
• Ensure compliance with DEWA requirements, technical specifications and approval processes.
• Manage project schedules, budgets, quality, HSE and contractual obligations.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers and relevant authorities.
• Resolve technical and operational challenges to achieve timely delivery.

Required profile

• B.E./B.Tech in Electrical Engineering.
• 15–20 years of relevant experience, including senior project management of HV Substation or Cabling projects in the UAE.
• Strong knowledge of DEWA standards, specifications and approval procedures.
• Proven ability to manage projects through the complete lifecycle.
• PMP certification preferred; DEWA approval is a plus.
