Project Manager – Infrastructure (Abu Dhabi)

About the role

The Project Manager – Infrastructure will oversee the full lifecycle of large‑scale infrastructure projects in Abu Dhabi, ensuring they meet client expectations, regulatory standards and company goals. Reporting to the Director of Supervision, the role demands strong leadership and technical expertise to drive project success.

Key responsibilities

• Lead overall project delivery, coordination, and stakeholder communication.
• Develop detailed project plans, schedules and execution strategies.
• Manage budget control, resource allocation and risk mitigation.
• Prepare and submit monthly and bi‑weekly progress reports.
• Oversee site inspections, quality control and health & safety compliance.
• Interface with clients, contractors and subcontractors on key issues.
• Monitor project performance against KPIs and implement corrective actions as needed.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or construction management.
• 20+ years of experience managing infrastructure projects.
• PMP or PRINCE2 certification.
• Strong leadership, technical understanding and communication skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Primavera.
• Proficiency in MS Project.
• Experience with reporting tools.
