Project Manager – Interior Design & Fit‑Out

About the role

The company is a leading interior design and fit‑out firm in Abu Dhabi, seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead high‑end turnkey projects across commercial, residential and hospitality sectors. You will be the main point of contact for clients and internal teams, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee end‑to‑end project execution from concept through handover, aligning with client objectives, timelines and budgets.
• Serve as primary liaison for clients, consultants, contractors and internal teams, maintaining clear communication throughout the project lifecycle.
• Develop and manage project budgets, monitor expenditures, control variations and proactively mitigate risks.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams including designers, engineers, subcontractors and site staff to ensure quality control, compliance and operational efficiency.
• Manage contracts, procurement processes and subcontractor performance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture or a related field.
• 10+ years of project management experience in commercial, residential and hospitality fit‑out projects.
• Strong expertise in local regulations, authority approvals, health, safety and quality standards.
• Proven ability to manage budgets, contracts, procurement and subcontractors with excellent negotiation skills.
