Project Manager – Interior Fit‑Out & Retail Displays

About the role

Our client in Dubai specializes in interior fit‑out, retail displays and permanent fixtures for global brands. They are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead high‑impact projects from concept to completion, acting as the main liaison between clients and internal teams.

Key responsibilities

• Define project scope, deliverables, timelines and resource needs; develop and manage detailed project plans; monitor risks and implement mitigation strategies.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, lead technical discussions, provide regular updates and manage expectations professionally.
• Lead internal cross‑functional teams, delegate tasks, ensure collaboration across design, production and estimating, and motivate team members to achieve project success.
• Manage project budgets and material planning, track costs and timelines, enforce quality control standards and maintain comprehensive documentation.
• Oversee project handover, ensure client satisfaction, conduct post‑project evaluations and complete administrative close‑out.

Required profile

• Background in interior fit‑out, retail displays or permanent fixtures.
• Degree in Engineering, Architecture or a related field (preferred).
• Experience in companies with in‑house production capabilities.
• PMP certification or equivalent is beneficial.
• Fluent English; additional languages are a plus.

Required skills

• Proficient in project management tools/software.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
