Project Manager – Interior Fit‑Out (up to AED 50M)

About the role

Bond Interiors is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead interior fit‑out projects across commercial, retail, hospitality and residential sectors in the UAE. You will be responsible for delivering projects up to AED 50 million on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards while coordinating clients, consultants, subcontractors and internal teams.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, maintain and monitor detailed construction programmes and procurement schedules to meet contractual deadlines.
• Prepare and enforce project‑specific Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) plans, method statements and risk assessments.
• Coordinate the procurement of finishing materials, track submissions, approvals and ensure timely delivery.
• Manage project documentation, including RFIs, NCRs, inspection requests and formal correspondence with all parties.
• Chair client, consultant and subcontractor meetings, record minutes and ensure prompt follow‑up on actions.
• Collaborate with site teams to resolve challenges, monitor KPIs, daily work plans and weekly schedules.
• Issue weekly progress reports with site photographs and performance metrics to clients.
• Oversee project close‑out, obtain Taking‑Over Certificates and final completion after the Defects Liability Period.
• Maintain strong professional relationships with all stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (preferred) or a related engineering discipline.
• 10–15 years of proven experience in engineering, construction or project management environments.
• Strong problem‑solving ability with an innovative and practical approach.
• Self‑motivated, proactive and capable of working independently.
• Effective team player with excellent collaboration and interpersonal skills.
• Outstanding organisational and time‑management capabilities.
• High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet strict project deadlines.
