Project Manager

About the role

The Project Manager will lead Sandbox Dubai’s regulatory sandbox programmes, overseeing experiments, industry pilots and innovation frameworks from concept through delivery. Reporting to the Head of Operations, you will work closely with strategy, policy and partnership leads to ensure projects align with the Foundation’s future‑focused objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full project lifecycle, including timelines, budgets, milestones and deliverables.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams across Strategy, Policy, Partnerships and Operations.
• Deploy and continuously improve project processes and governance frameworks.
• Monitor project performance, report progress to senior leadership and ensure alignment with strategic goals.
• Facilitate regulatory experiments and industry pilots within the AI, Health Tech, Green Tech and Real Estate Tech themes.

• Strong ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders and drive results.
