Project Manager

About the role

Reporting to the Head of Delivery Operations in Dubai, the Project Manager is responsible for managing the scope, schedule and budget of assigned elevator projects, while ensuring proactive collaboration with customers and internal stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Accountable for project scope, schedule and budget, delivering within contractual and KONE objectives.
• Manage stakeholder relationships and ensure continuous customer communication throughout the project.
• Plan and coordinate integrated project activities with customers and KONE full‑chain teams.
• Monitor and control project deliverables, risks, financial planning, cash flow and revenue.
• Lead project start‑up, reviews, reporting, governance and handover to operations and maintenance.
• Maintain master action log, lessons learned and ensure sufficient resourcing and competencies.
• Promote safety and security awareness among project staff and subcontractors.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business Administration or related field.
• Minimum 8 years of project management experience, preferably in the elevator industry.
• Strong leadership, team management and proven track record of delivering large‑scale projects.
• Excellent English and Arabic communication and interpersonal skills.
• Understanding of financial aspects of projects, including budgeting and cash‑flow management.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent is highly desirable.
