Project Manager

About the role

The company is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the planning, execution, and close‑out of a large wastewater treatment plant and associated pipeline network in Ras Al Khaimah.

Key responsibilities

• Take overall responsibility for planning, execution and close‑out of the wastewater treatment plant and pipe network project.
• Ensure the project is completed on time, within budget and complies with technical specifications and environmental requirements.
• Act as the primary external point of contact, coordinating with client, supervision consultant, subcontractors and the local water authority.
• Manage project risks, variation orders, extension of time claims and overall delivery.
• Monitor cash flow, milestone payments and mitigate payment delay risks.

Required profile

• Minimum 15 years total experience with at least 5 years in a current Project Manager position.
• Strong English communication skills.
• Preference given to candidates with experience in wastewater treatment and pipeline construction.
