Project Manager – Joinery & Interior Fit-Out

About the role

Arab Wood Industry LLC is looking for an experienced Project Manager – Joinery & Interior Fit-Out to lead and manage joinery installation projects from planning through final handover. The role involves delivering projects safely, on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and supervise a minimum of 2 projects simultaneously.
• Plan, coordinate, and monitor all site installation activities.
• Lead site engineers, installation teams, and subcontractors.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, suppliers, and internal departments.
• Monitor project schedules, budgets, costs, and resource utilization.
• Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and contractual requirements.
• Track and achieve project KPIs.
• Control project costs and maximize project profitability.
• Prepare regular progress reports and proactively resolve project challenges.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of UAE experience as a Project Manager in woodworking, joinery, or interior fit‑out.
• Valid UAE Driving License.
• Maximum age of 40 years.
• Available to join immediately or within a short notice period.
