Project Manager – Joinery

About the role

Royal Joinery is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the fit‑out phase of joinery projects. You will coordinate design, construction, and procurement activities while ensuring projects are delivered on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full design and construction process for joinery projects, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
• Lead design teams to develop solutions that meet client expectations and budget constraints.
• Oversee contractor compliance with contract terms, specifications, and health‑safety regulations.
• Conduct site inspections to monitor progress, quality, and safety.
• Support procurement by preparing tender documents, reviewing bids, negotiating contracts, and reporting to clients.
• Facilitate project meetings, communicate status and issues to stakeholders, and maintain project documentation.
• Prepare and deliver ad‑hoc reports for senior management.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Project Manager in the joinery industry.
• Strong knowledge of joinery techniques, materials, and processes.
• Proven ability to manage design, construction, and procurement activities.
• Commercial and hospitality project experience is highly desirable.
