Project Manager – Luxury Hotel & Residential Construction

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead the construction delivery of a landmark ultra‑luxury 5‑star hotel resort and branded residences in Ras Al Khaimah. The role covers the full construction lifecycle from mobilisation through testing, commissioning and handover.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the construction phase of high‑rise hotel and residential projects, managing schedules, budgets, resources and delivery milestones.
• Ensure all construction activities comply with approved designs, specifications, contractual requirements and project objectives.
• Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies to protect cost, schedule and quality.
• Oversee sub‑structure, super‑structure, architectural finishes, MEP coordination, testing, commissioning and handover.
• Coordinate site activities among consultants, contractors, subcontractors, specialist vendors and hotel operators.
• Drive early identification and resolution of interface issues across structural, architectural, interior, MEP, FF&E and landscape disciplines.
• Provide technical oversight of structural works, reviewing designs, shop drawings, method statements and technical submissions.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing large‑scale luxury hotel and residential construction projects.
• Strong background in high‑rise reinforced concrete structures and complex structural systems.
• Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, schedules and multi‑disciplinary stakeholder teams.
• Excellent risk management and problem‑solving capabilities.
