Project Manager – Luxury Villa & Office Fit‑Outs (Dubai)

About the role

We are seeking a senior Project Manager to lead the delivery of exclusive luxury villa and premium corporate office fit‑out projects for the Chairman’s Office of a leading diversified business group in Dubai. You will work closely with senior leadership, overseeing projects from concept through to handover.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the end‑to‑end delivery of luxury villa and office fit‑out projects.
• Secure project approvals from government authorities and statutory bodies.
• Coordinate architects, designers, consultants and contractors throughout the project lifecycle.
• Monitor programme, cost, quality and risk to ensure successful delivery.
• Review design and technical submissions to maintain project objectives and standards.
• Chair project meetings and provide regular progress updates to senior stakeholders.
• Manage procurement, tender evaluations and contractor performance.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and in line with governance requirements.
• Support strategic expansion into larger real‑estate and international development projects.

Required profile

• Proven experience delivering high‑end luxury villas, premium office fit‑outs, hospitality or luxury retail projects on the client, consultancy or contractor side.
• Recent UAE experience is mandatory.
• Degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Construction Management or a related discipline from a recognised Western university (preferred).
• Strong track record managing consultants, contractors, authorities and senior stakeholders independently.
• Excellent understanding of approvals, procurement, contract administration and project delivery.
• Experience in detail‑driven, premium environments where quality and stakeholder management are critical.
• Strong communication and presentation skills with confidence to engage executive leadership.
