Project Manager – Marble & Luxury Fit‑Out Projects

About the role

Venti Marble is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the planning, coordination and delivery of marble, natural stone and luxury interior and exterior fit‑out projects. You will manage project teams, budgets, schedules and client relationships to ensure successful completion.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and monitor project execution plans, schedules, budgets and resource allocation.
• Coordinate design reviews, technical submissions, material approvals and resolve on‑site issues.
• Oversee site execution, including marble flooring, wall cladding, stone facades and luxury fit‑out activities.
• Control project costs, variations, procurement and material logistics.
• Maintain client and stakeholder communication, attend meetings and manage expectations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or related field.
• 10+ years of experience managing marble, stone or luxury fit‑out projects.
• Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and handle high‑end residential, commercial or hospitality projects.
• UAE driving licence holder.
