Project Manager – MEP (Mechanical Engineering)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager – MEP with a strong Mechanical Engineering background to lead major MEP projects in the UAE. The role involves full‑life‑cycle delivery from mobilization to handover, ensuring quality, safety and client satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Lead MEP projects through mobilisation, execution and handover, managing scope, programme, budget and resources.
• Oversee mechanical, electrical, HVAC, plumbing and firefighting works, coordinating with clients, consultants, contractors and subcontractors.
• Monitor progress, costs, procurement and subcontractor performance while ensuring compliance with drawings, specifications, HSE requirements and UAE standards.
• Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies to achieve timely, high‑quality delivery.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• Proven experience as a Project Manager or Senior Project Manager on MEP contracts, preferably in the UAE/GCC.
• Strong commercial, planning, coordination and problem‑solving abilities.
• Experience managing multidisciplinary teams and multiple stakeholders.
