Project Manager, MEP Projects

About the role

The Project Manager will lead the full lifecycle of EPC MEP projects, from initiation through commissioning and closeout, ensuring safe, timely and cost‑effective delivery aligned with client and business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Formulate project teams, participate in kick‑off meetings, define scope, estimation basis and execution strategy.
• Coordinate with client Project Manager, set up project information systems and communications.
• Develop work procedures, schedules, budgets, staffing plans and vendor lists in collaboration with planning.
• Manage technical issues, report progress to senior management and clients, and ensure safety, scope, schedule and budget tracking.
• Lead creation of execution plans, risk registers and information‑management applications.
• Review cost, financial data and control progress; maintain P&L accountability.
• Negotiate scope changes, follow change‑management process and intervene to avoid schedule slippage.
• Provide HSSE leadership, conduct audits and ensure quality management compliance.

Required profile

• Bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering with a minimum of 15 years experience in the Oil & Gas sector.
• At least 3 years experience as Project Manager on medium to large EPC projects, onshore or offshore.
• Proven HSE leadership and ability to work in multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong commercial and contract knowledge, including change control and cash‑flow management.
• Coaching, mentoring and ethical behaviour with excellent communication and organisational skills.
