Project Manager Offshore Island Project

About the role

The Project Manager will lead the full lifecycle of offshore EPC projects, ensuring safe, timely, and cost‑effective delivery while maintaining strong client relationships and compliance with HSSE standards.

Key responsibilities

• Formulate project teams, develop execution plans, schedules, budgets, and risk registers.
• Coordinate with clients, contractors, and internal stakeholders to manage scope, schedule, cost, and quality.
• Maintain P&L accountability, oversee change management, and ensure HSSE and quality compliance.
• Report progress to senior management and clients, and drive continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Instrumentation or Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum 15 years of experience in Oil & Gas, with at least 3 years as a Project Manager on medium to large scale projects.
• Experience in offshore/onshore EPC, brownfield projects, and HSSE leadership.

Required skills

• Project management of EPC contracts.
• Cost control, budgeting, and financial forecasting.
• HSSE compliance and risk mitigation.
• Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
