Project Manager – Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP

About the role

The role leads large‑scale Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP implementations and enterprise transformation programmes across the UAE or Middle East region. The successful candidate will oversee end‑to‑end delivery, from testing to go‑live and stabilisation.

Key responsibilities

• Manage full lifecycle of Oracle Fusion Cloud programmes, including testing, UAT, defect resolution, data migration, business readiness, cut‑over, go‑live and post‑implementation stabilisation.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams (business, IT, functional and technical) and external implementation partners to ensure integrated delivery across multiple modules and inter‑dependent workstreams.

Required profile

• Minimum 15 years of experience delivering large ERP implementations, with senior‑level project or programme management experience.
• Proven track record of recovering delayed or challenged programmes and delivering major ERP projects in the UAE or Middle East.
