Project Manager – Pipe Spool Fabrication

About the role

EPIC Piping is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead pipe spool fabrication projects across the oil, gas, petrochemical and power sectors. You will be responsible for delivering projects on time, within scope and budget while ensuring the highest quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Develop detailed project plans covering scope, schedule and budget.
• Coordinate engineering, procurement and fabrication teams to meet project requirements.
• Allocate labor, materials and equipment efficiently and manage subcontractors.
• Monitor progress, adjust schedules and control costs to stay on track.
• Serve as primary client contact, provide regular status updates and handle scope changes.
• Identify risks, implement mitigation strategies and ensure safety and quality compliance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, construction management or a related field.
• Minimum 10 years of experience managing pipe spool fabrication or similar construction projects.
• Proven ability to manage large budgets and multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong communication skills for client and stakeholder interaction.
