Project Manager – Retail (Saudi Arabia)

About the role

We are seeking a Project Manager to lead the rollout of retail and shopping‑mall solutions across Saudi Arabia and the wider MEA region. The role will oversee the installation of traffic and demographic metric systems for new store openings and refits.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the rollout of Sensormatic solutions across MEA shopping malls and retail stores.
• Oversee installation and commissioning of traffic and demographic metric systems.
• Coordinate technical resources, subcontractors and internal planners to ensure projects stay on scope, budget and schedule.
• Manage risks, changes, resources and costs while monitoring actions and compliance with health & safety standards.
• Drive continuous improvement, capture learnings and report on project performance.
• Lead site meetings to define requirements, readiness and handover, maintaining high client satisfaction.

Required profile

• Excellent oral, written and presentation skills in English and Arabic.
• Project management qualification or equivalent experience.
• Strong customer‑service orientation.
• Good working knowledge of IT and network infrastructures.
• Organised, methodical and process‑driven with excellent interpersonal abilities.
• Proven problem‑solving capabilities and a desire for continuous learning.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Windows operating system and Microsoft Office software.
• Understanding of IT and network infrastructure concepts.
