Project Manager – Sewage Treatment Plant (STP) Projects

About the role

We are looking for a highly skilled Project Manager with extensive experience in water and wastewater treatment, specifically overseeing Sewage Treatment Plant (STP) projects. The role blends project management, resource leadership, and hands‑on technical supervision to ensure successful site execution and timely delivery of milestones.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and submit project plans to clients, coordinating technical and commercial matters.
• Monitor project progress, take corrective actions, and conduct regular meetings with clients, consultants, and internal teams.
• Schedule, expedite, and ensure approval of engineering documents such as material submittals, shop drawings, method statements, BEP, P&ID, and general arrangement drawings.
• Derive and verify Bill of Quantities (BOQ) from approved shop drawings, raise material requests, and follow up procurement to guarantee timely delivery.
• Coordinate material inspection requests and manage approvals.
• Plan, schedule, and monitor engineering resources on‑site, overseeing day‑to‑day execution.

Required profile

• Proven track record as a Project Manager delivering large‑scale STP projects (capacity > 50 MLD).
• Strong technical expertise in end‑to‑end STP project delivery and engineering documentation.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in an engineering discipline.
• Willingness to work full‑time on‑site at the project location.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with strong stakeholder management abilities.
