Project Manager – Strategy & Impact Business Enablement

About the role

This fully remote position is for an experienced Project Manager to lead strategic initiatives and business enablement projects that drive organisational impact across the United Arab Emirates.

Key responsibilities

• Lead strategic projects from initiation through close‑out, defining objectives, scope, success measures and delivery plans.
• Facilitate discovery sessions, workshops and stakeholder interviews to capture business needs and map processes.
• Monitor and manage risks, issues, dependencies and change requests, providing recommendations to sponsors and governance bodies.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams, senior leaders, vendors and external partners to align deliverables and communications.
• Prepare and present executive‑level updates, risk assessments and decision‑making materials.
• Support Agile and hybrid delivery through backlog management, sprint planning and continuous improvement.

Required profile

• 5–8 years of overall business experience with at least 3–4 years leading projects, programmes or transformation initiatives.
• Post‑secondary education in Project Management, Business Administration or a related field; PMP, PRINCE2 or equivalent certification preferred.
• Proven ability to manage scope, risks, issues and change requests across the full project lifecycle.
• Excellent stakeholder management, negotiation and facilitation skills, able to lead without direct authority.
