Project Manager - Trainee

About the role

DFS Aviation Services, in partnership with Dubai Air Navigation Services (DANS), is seeking a Project Manager – Trainee to support project management activities at Dubai International Airport or Maktoum International Airport. This position is designed for fresh graduates with limited practical experience and includes extensive training.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in managing the project portfolio in line with finance regulations and departmental policies.
• Provide performance analysis, reporting on strategic and project objectives, and highlight risks and opportunities.
• Develop and maintain project plans, including tasks, timelines, dependencies, and resource estimates.
• Support procurement activities such as tendering, evaluation, and selection.
• Prepare progress reports, documentation, and presentations for stakeholders.
• Coordinate project approval processes and present cost‑benefit analyses to the Projects Management Committee.

• Ability to manage priorities, embrace innovation, and work under pressure.

Required skills

• Fluency in written and spoken English.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering.
• Computer literacy.
