Project Manager – Villa Fit‑out (UAE)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead villa fit‑out projects across the UAE. The successful candidate will ensure flawless design execution, strict timeline adherence, and effective stakeholder coordination while maintaining the highest quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee complete fit‑out of villas, aligning with design specifications and client expectations.
• Monitor and control project budgets to achieve cost‑effectiveness without compromising quality.
• Track milestones and deliverables to guarantee on‑time project completion.
• Maintain open communication with clients, suppliers, designers, and contractors.
• Uphold superior craftsmanship and quality throughout all fit‑out activities.
• Lead and coordinate the project team, clarifying roles and responsibilities.
• Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies.
• Ensure compliance with UAE building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
• Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors to procure required materials and services.
• Foster strong client relationships to meet or exceed their vision and expectations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years’ experience managing luxury villa fit‑out projects in the UAE.
• Proven ability to deliver projects from inception to completion.
• In‑depth knowledge of UAE construction and fit‑out regulations.
• Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation capabilities.
• Proficiency with project management tools and software specific to fit‑out projects.
• Excellent problem‑solving skills and meticulous attention to detail.
• Capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience sourcing high‑quality materials and finishes for luxury villas.
• PMP or equivalent certification is advantageous.
