Project Manager – Workplace & Real Estate Projects

About the role

The Project Manager will lead end‑to‑end delivery of workplace and corporate real‑estate projects in Abu Dhabi, overseeing everything from new office openings to fit‑out deliveries and relocations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage project scope, schedule, budget, risk registers and change control processes.
• Coordinate architects, designers, cost consultants, contractors and internal stakeholders such as IT, HR, Finance and Legal.
• Lead office fit‑out delivery, including design, construction, furniture procurement, technology integration and security systems.
• Deliver workspace reconfigurations, departmental relocations, growth initiatives and office closures or lease exits.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, Project Management, Facilities Management, Real Estate or related field.
• 10‑20 years of experience managing new office openings, corporate fit‑outs, workplace transformation, MAC moves and office decommissioning projects.

Required skills

• Professional certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2 or RICS are preferred.
• Strong knowledge of workplace strategy, facilities management and real‑estate processes.
