Project Sales Consultant (Arabic Speaker)

About the role

Black Pearl Consult is looking for an experienced Project Sales Consultant to drive business development across Abu Dhabi's high-end building materials sector. The role suits a commercially driven professional with strong knowledge of the local market, excellent communication skills and the ability to build lasting client relationships through technical expertise and a customer-focused approach.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new project opportunities across residential, commercial and hospitality sectors.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with consultants, contractors and developers.
• Prepare and deliver project proposals, quotations and technical submittals in coordination with the design and technical team.
• Conduct site visits to monitor project progress and ensure product installation meets specifications.
• Coordinate with logistics, operations and finance to ensure smooth project execution and material delivery.
• Maintain records of ongoing projects, leads and the sales pipeline.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets set by management.
• Stay updated on market trends, competitor activity and new products, and take part in exhibitions, presentations and client meetings.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Engineering, Business Administration or Marketing.
• 3-5 years of project sales experience in the building materials industry; sanitaryware, lighting or kitchen appliances is essential.
• Mandatory Abu Dhabi project sales experience.
• Strong network with contractors, consultants, architects and developers in the UAE.
• Valid UAE driving licence.
• Fluency in Arabic and English.
