Project Sales Executive – Tiles & Sanitaryware

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic and results‑oriented Project Sales Executive to drive sales of tiles, sanitaryware, bathroom solutions, and related building materials through project‑based business opportunities. The role involves developing relationships with architects, interior designers, consultants, contractors, developers, project managers and other key decision‑makers, identifying upcoming projects, securing product specifications and converting projects into sales.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new project sales opportunities for tiles, sanitaryware and related products.
• Generate leads through market visits, networking, referrals and project tracking.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, interior designers, consultants, contractors and developers.
• Prepare quotations, commercial proposals, samples and technical information.
• Negotiate prices and commercial terms within company guidelines.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution and delivery.
• Monitor project progress from inquiry to final delivery and maintain an updated project database.
• Track competitor activities, pricing, new product launches and market trends.
• Achieve assigned monthly and annual sales targets and prepare regular sales reports.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Business, Sales, Marketing, Architecture, Interior Design or related field (preferred).
• 2–5 years of experience in project sales within tiles, sanitaryware, bathroom products or building materials.
• Strong understanding of project sales processes and specifications.
• Existing relationships with architects, interior designers, consultants, contractors or developers is an advantage.
• Good knowledge of tiles, sanitaryware, bathroom products, specifications and applications.
• Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
• Valid driving licence.
