Project Talent & Resourcing Specialist

About the role

e360 is an Abu Dhabi-based organisation delivering project management, PMO and programme delivery services for development and philanthropic portfolios in the UAE and internationally. It is building a lean team to design, mobilise and support complex programmes across sectors and locations. As the focal point for project talent and resourcing, you will advise project leaders on team requirements, build talent and expert networks, and coordinate recruitment and mobilisation with local partners and Group HR, focusing on staffing project delivery teams in the UAE and internationally.

Key responsibilities

• Work with project leaders to define team structures, role profiles, required expertise and mobilisation priorities.
• Develop resourcing plans covering staffing needs, recruitment timelines, indicative costs and sourcing options.
• Advise on resourcing approaches such as project hires, consultants, subject-matter experts and local recruitment partners.
• Coordinate recruitment from sourcing and assessment through to approved offers and onboarding, with Group HR and hiring managers.
• Build and maintain a network of qualified specialists, consultants and potential candidates across relevant sectors and markets.
• Identify and assess recruitment partners in project countries, recommending scope, fees and delivery arrangements for approval.
• Coordinate local salary and benefits benchmarking to support project budgets and employment packages.
• Develop assessment criteria and support interviews for senior, specialist and project delivery positions.
• Track recruitment progress, resource availability and mobilisation risks, and update project leadership.
• Coordinate onboarding, assignments and resource transitions with operational, HR and administrative teams.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, human resources or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• At least 5 years of experience in project resourcing, specialist recruitment, workforce planning or talent advisory.
• Experience supporting consulting, programme delivery or multi-project organisations.
• Proven track record recruiting senior professionals, technical specialists, consultants or subject-matter experts.
• Experience working with recruitment agencies, external partners and stakeholders across different countries.

Required skills

• Ability to assess market information, challenge resourcing assumptions and present practical recommendations.
• Strong stakeholder management, organisational and written communication skills.
• Professional fluency in English and proficiency in recruitment systems and reporting tools.
