Projects & Energy Lawyer

About the role

The successful candidate will join a market‑leading Infrastructure practice, supporting a high‑profile institutional client in the oil and gas sector on non‑contentious construction matters.

Key responsibilities

• Support clients on a wide range of projects, including EPC, infrastructure, industry‑specific and development projects.
• Draft, advise, negotiate and prepare construction contract documentation.
• Provide strategic contract advisory services on live projects.
• Work closely with the client’s in‑house legal and project‑management teams to deliver pragmatic, business‑focused solutions.

Required profile

• 3‑6 years post‑qualification experience (PQE).
• Strong background in major construction and infrastructure projects within a medium to large commercial firm.
• Excellent commercial awareness and outstanding academic record.
• Technically excellent with strong negotiation skills.
• Willingness to engage in business development and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
