Projects Manager – Strategy

About the role

The Finance and Business Projects Manager will lead the planning, execution, and financial oversight of critical business projects. You will balance budgetary control with strategic objectives, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.

Key responsibilities

• Develop detailed project plans, define scope, set schedules, and manage budgets.
• Oversee financial reporting, forecasting, cash‑flow analysis, and expenditure tracking.
• Act as the primary liaison between senior management, clients, and internal teams, providing regular updates.
• Implement process improvements, new systems, and tools while ensuring compliance with policies and regulations.
• Assemble, motivate, and direct cross‑functional project teams, including vendors and contractors.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or business administration.
• 5+ years of experience in project management within finance or business operations.
• Strong analytical abilities, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.
• Understanding of audit, VAT, and financial reporting standards.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel.
• Experience with accounting software.
• Familiarity with ERP systems.
• Use of project management tools.
