Property Advisor – Luxury Off‑Plan Sales (Commission)

About the role

Join PSI as a Property Advisor focused on luxury off‑plan projects in Abu Dhabi. You will work with high‑quality leads, receive full CRM support and benefit from a proven system that rewards performance.

Key responsibilities

• Meet and assist clients buying, selling or renting properties.
• Conduct property viewings and present listings professionally.
• Build and maintain relationships with landlords, buyers and investors.
• Keep property listings accurate, active and up to date.
• Advise clients on pricing, locations and market trends.
• Handle offers, negotiations and documentation processes.
• Coordinate with marketing and admin teams as needed.

Required profile

• Confident communicator with a customer‑facing sales background.
• Willingness to learn and grow in the real‑estate field.
• Strong organisational skills and consistent follow‑ups.
• Availability for a full‑time role based in Abu Dhabi.

Required skills

• Experience using a CRM system.
