Property Advisor – Real Estate Sales Consultant

About the role

VIP Investment Properties Brokerage, a top‑10 Abu Dhabi brokerage, is expanding its sales team. As a Property Advisor you will work with fresh, company‑generated leads to prospect, present, negotiate and close real‑estate transactions in the UAE market.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect new clients using provided leads and market knowledge.
• Present off‑plan and secondary‑market properties to prospective buyers.
• Negotiate terms and close sales deals.
• Maintain client relationships and follow‑up throughout the sales cycle.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of UAE real‑estate sales experience.
• Strong knowledge of the Abu Dhabi/UAE property market.
• Excellent communication and client‑handling skills.
• Target‑driven, ambitious and self‑motivated mindset.
• Professional presentation and attitude.
• UAE driving licence and own visa are preferred.
• Fluent English; additional languages are a plus.
