Property Advisor – Real Estate Sales

About the role

R E D Real Estate Dubai is hiring a motivated and experienced Property Advisor to assist clients with off‑plan and secondary property transactions. The role is suited to a sales‑driven professional with knowledge of the Dubai real estate market and the ability to build relationships, negotiate deals, and achieve sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Sell off‑plan and secondary properties to prospective clients.
• Advise clients on real estate investment opportunities.
• Build and maintain client relationships while understanding their requirements.
• Conduct market research and stay informed about Dubai property trends.
• Negotiate with clients and support the closing of transactions.
• Follow up with leads and maintain communication throughout the sales process.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of experience in Dubai real estate.
• Strong knowledge of the Dubai property market.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Proven record of achieving sales targets.
• Strong client relationship management and sales abilities.
• Passion for real estate and a results‑oriented mindset.
