Property Consultant – Dubai Real Estate

About the role

VVS Estate is seeking an experienced Property Consultant to join its Dubai team, focusing on premium property sales and leasing. You will work with company‑provided leads to assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties.

Key responsibilities

• Handle property sales and leasing transactions from initial contact through to closing.
• Respond promptly to company‑provided leads and recommend suitable properties.
• Build and maintain relationships with buyers, sellers, landlords, tenants, and investors.
• Conduct property viewings, provide professional consultations, and negotiate offers.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and achieve individual sales targets.

Required profile

• 2–3 years of proven experience in Dubai real estate.
• Strong knowledge of Dubai communities, major projects, and market trends.
• Proven ability to manage clients and close transactions.
• Self‑motivated, target‑oriented, and professional demeanor.
• RERA certification or broker card is an advantage; UAE driving licence and own car preferred.
