Property Consultant – French Speaker (Leasing)

About the role

We are looking for a French‑speaking Property Consultant to join Oia Properties’ leasing team in the UAE. The role focuses on promoting and managing rental properties, guiding prospective tenants through the leasing process and ensuring high occupancy rates while delivering exceptional customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct detailed consultations with prospective tenants to understand their housing needs, preferences and budget.
• Promote and market available rental properties.
• Arrange and conduct property viewings, providing accurate information about units, amenities and community features.
• Negotiate lease terms and rental rates in line with company guidelines and market conditions.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of rental market trends, competitor pricing and local regulations.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with tenants, addressing inquiries, concerns and service requests promptly.
• Maintain accurate records of tenant interactions, leasing activity and contracts using CRM and property management systems.
• Collaborate with property management, maintenance and marketing teams to ensure properties are well‑presented and ready for leasing.
• Deliver excellent customer service to enhance tenant satisfaction and retention.
• Adhere to Health, Safety and Environment regulations and company policies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Marketing or a related field (preferred).
• 1–2 years of experience in leasing, real estate, sales or customer service.
• Basic knowledge of leasing procedures, rental laws and tenant relations.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• Professional, detail‑oriented, self‑motivated and able to work independently or as part of a team.

Required skills

• Experience with CRM systems.
• Familiarity with property management software.
