Property Consultant - French/Arabic Speakers

About the role

The Property Consultant will specialize in selling primary market and off‑plan properties for leading developers in Dubai. Acting as the main liaison between developers and buyers, you will guide clients through the entire investment journey, from initial interest to final handover.

Key responsibilities

• Promote and sell off‑plan and primary market projects from local and international developers.
• Stay up‑to‑date with new launches, payment plans, and promotional offers.
• Build strong client relationships, understand their investment goals and budget.
• Deliver property presentations through in‑person, virtual, and event‑based formats.
• Manage the full sales cycle: consultation, booking, documentation, and handover coordination.
• Represent the company at project launches, roadshows, exhibitions, and other lead‑generation events.
• Coordinate with developers for unit availability, DLD forms, and project documentation.
• Maintain accurate lead and deal records in the CRM system.
• Ensure compliance with RERA regulations and internal sales processes.
• Provide feedback on market response, client objections, and developer issues.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• RERA qualification (mandatory).
• 1–3 years of experience in Dubai’s real‑estate market, preferably off‑plan sales.
• Fluency in French and Arabic, with strong English communication skills.
• Customer‑oriented mindset and ability to work independently or within a team.
