Property Consultant

About the role

As a Property Consultant based in Abu Dhabi, you will guide clients through buying, selling and renting residential and commercial properties. You will act as the primary point of contact, delivering professional advice on market conditions, pricing and legal requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct property viewings and present listings to prospective buyers and tenants.
• Manage and update property listings in the company system.
• Respond promptly to client inquiries and maintain regular communication with prospects and existing clients.
• Prepare documentation and contracts in coordination with internal teams.
• Network to expand the client base and achieve sales and leasing targets.
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure compliance with local regulations and company policies.

Required profile

• Proven experience in real estate sales, leasing or a similar customer‑facing role.
• Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal abilities.
• Excellent organisational and time‑management skills, able to handle multiple clients and properties.
• Knowledge of the Abu Dhabi real estate market and relevant legal requirements is an advantage.
• Fluency in English; Arabic or additional languages are beneficial.
• Valid residency and eligibility to work in Abu Dhabi; a driving licence is preferred.
• Relevant diploma or bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, Marketing or a related field is an asset.
