About the role

Spike Vista Real Estate is seeking a Property Consultant who will act as a strategic advisor for clients looking to invest in the UAE property market. The role blends sales expertise with deep market insight to build lasting client relationships based on trust and professional guidance.

Key responsibilities

• Consult with clients to understand their investment goals and provide tailored advice.
• Conduct property presentations, arrange viewings, and lead negotiations.
• Manage real‑estate transactions from initial inquiry through to closing.
• Market and list properties effectively to attract qualified buyers or tenants.
• Maintain high levels of client satisfaction throughout the buying or leasing process.

Required profile

• Coachable and able to adapt to the company culture.
• Organized, detail‑oriented and quick to adapt to change.
• Strong sales drive with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and customer‑service abilities.
• Multilingual ability and familiarity with the UAE real‑estate market are advantages.
• Professional certification or broker licence, and a bachelor’s degree in business, real estate or a related field are preferred.
