About the role

Luxarabia Real Estate is seeking a Property Consultant to join its international sales team in Dubai. The role involves guiding local and overseas clients through buying, selling, and investing in luxury properties, while delivering exceptional service and market insight.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with local and international clients.
• Assist clients in buying, selling, and investing in Dubai’s luxury real estate market.
• Conduct property viewings and present suitable investment opportunities.
• Generate and qualify leads using company resources and personal networking.
• Maintain accurate records in the CRM system and follow up with prospects.
• Stay up‑to‑date with market trends, new developments, and investment opportunities.
• Negotiate and close transactions while ensuring high‑level customer service.
• Collaborate with internal teams to provide a seamless client experience and achieve sales targets.
