Property Consultant – Real Estate Sales

About the role

The Property Consultant will manage the end‑to‑end sale of residential and commercial properties in Abu Dhabi, from initial enquiry through to transfer. The role involves securing exclusive instructions, marketing properties, updating the CRM and negotiating successful transactions while providing a seamless service on Savills projects.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve monthly sales targets set by management.
• Handle the full property sales process from instruction to transfer, including NOC and documentation.
• Qualify leads, manage data in the company CRM and maintain property portals such as Propspace.
• Develop new business through networking, attending exhibitions and securing agency agreements.
• Prepare and execute sales agreements, advertising materials and other required documentation.
• Maintain professional appearance, punctuality and adherence to ADM and RICS ethical standards.
• Research competitor activities and market trends to inform marketing initiatives.
• Present properties to clients, conduct viewings and build lasting client relationships.

Required profile

• Degree level education or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of sales experience in the Abu Dhabi real‑estate market (commercial or residential).
• UAE driver’s licence with own car; broker card preferred.
• Strong negotiation and presentation skills with a proven record of meeting sales targets.
• Excellent written and spoken communication, organisational abilities and teamwork.
• Willingness to work evenings and weekends to serve clients.
